CHANGES FOR NITRO IN 2007
Class structure
has changed slightly from what it was in the past to better align us with the USMTA which is trying to standardize
Trials at the club level. If you were top 5 in your class last year you may
want to think about moving up a class this season as the classes have eased up
slightly. We are doing this in conjunction with most of the Midwestern clubs
and we are presently trying to get a regional series for the Midwest . I suggest you
download the NITRO rulebook and read it.
NITRO 2007
Rule book
We will be
adding a Senior Class which will be non points paying but trophies will be
awarded. It will consist of one lap on the Advanced line.
We will also be
adding a Womens Class which also will not be points paying but trophies will
be awarded. It will consist of one lap on the Novice or Intermediate line
depending on the riders.
If we get good
turnouts for these classes they will be District 17 points paying classes for
the 2008 season.
All riders
under the age of 18 will need a notarized statement from a parent to ride our
events.
All riders are required to have District
cards. It doesnt have to be District 17 just from your local district if you
are out of the state.
Membership fees for NITRO are staying at
$5 and I encourage everyone riding DIST 17 events to join. Family membership is
$10.
10 AM is the start time for our events
unless otherwise noted.

e-mail me or just tell me at the events. Im trying to keep up the videos and
pictures this year so if you have some videos or photos of our events send them
over.
Matt Payne will continue the youth series
at our events along with a girls class.
Dan Loer or Frank Totton will be holding prayer service before our
events for all who are interested.
